Confidentiality Policy
Transitions Counseling and Coaching Services confidentiality policy has been developed
as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the
highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients. All information disclosed
within any given session is confidential and may not be revealed without the
expressed written and signed consent of the client. Disclosure, however, is
required by Federal Law under the following circumstances:
- When a client intends to take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action
against themselves, another individual, or a group of individuals.
- When a member of the client’s family is likely to suffer threats, or results of harmful behavior.
- Where there is reasonable suspicion of the abuse of elderly persons or children under the age of 18.
